Recruiting Guidance Built From Real Experience

This service was created after personally navigating the college football recruiting process with my own family.That experience included evaluating different college levels, contacting programs, completing recruiting questionnaires, reviewing financial-aid options, understanding academic eligibility, attending camps, comparing junior college and NAIA opportunities, and managing a recruiting process that did not always follow a simple or predictable path.I am also an ICF-certified professional coach, bringing a structured, athlete-centered approach to goal setting, communication, accountability, and decision-making. Can you guarantee a scholarship?No. No recruiting service can honestly guarantee a scholarship, admission, roster position, coach response, or playing time.College coaches, admissions offices, and financial-aid departments make those decisions independently. Our role is to help athletes present themselves professionally, identify realistic opportunities, and approach the recruiting process with a clear strategy.Do you contact coaches for athletes?We help athletes research programs, locate recruiting questionnaires and public coaching contacts, prepare personalized messages, and develop a follow-up plan.In most cases, the athlete sends emails and completes recruiting forms from the athlete’s own accounts. This allows coaches to communicate directly with the student-athlete and gives the athlete an opportunity to demonstrate maturity, initiative, and communication skills.Which college levels do you cover?We assist athletes pursuing opportunities at:NCAA FCS programs

Junior collegesWe may also identify other appropriate opportunities based on the athlete’s film, academics, goals, location preferences, and financial circumstances.Do athletes need varsity film?Varsity film is strongly preferred because it gives college coaches the best opportunity to evaluate an athlete against higher-level competition.Younger athletes without varsity film may still benefit from an assessment, recruiting timeline, academic plan, profile development, and guidance on what film they should begin collecting.When should the recruiting process begin?Athletes should begin preparing as early as freshman or sophomore year, especially by focusing on academics, development, film collection, and understanding eligibility requirements.Active outreach often becomes more important during sophomore and junior year. Seniors should begin immediately if they have not already started.It is rarely too early to prepare, but waiting too long can limit available options.Can you help a senior with no offers?Yes. We can help seniors evaluate their current situation, improve their recruiting materials, identify realistic programs, and create an urgent outreach plan.However, results depend on several factors, including film quality, academics, position needs, roster availability, timing, and the athlete’s willingness to consider different divisions, locations, and college pathways.We cannot guarantee that an offer will result.Do you edit highlight films?We provide film evaluation and recommendations regarding play selection, sequencing, length, athlete identification, and overall presentation. For an additional charge, we can create highlight film. Full video-editing services are available for a separate charge.Do you assist athletes outside Virginia?Yes. While we are based in Hampton Roads and have a strong focus on 757 athletes, virtual recruiting assistance is available to families outside Virginia.Does purchasing a package guarantee coach responses?No. Purchasing a service does not guarantee that coaches will view film, respond to messages, invite the athlete to camp, offer a roster position, or provide athletic aid.Our services are designed to improve the athlete’s preparation, presentation, targeting, and communication. Final recruiting decisions remain entirely with the college program.What happens after the free consultation?After the consultation, we will explain whether our services appear to be a good fit and recommend the most appropriate package.If the family decides to move forward:The parent reviews and signs the service agreement.
Payment or an approved deposit is completed.
The athlete and parent complete the intake form.
Film, academic information, goals, and recruiting activity are reviewed.
The athlete receives the deliverables included in the selected package.
Follow-up support begins according to the package terms.Families are never required to purchase a service after the free consultation.
